For clients below 60, I recommend beginning with emotional release sessions. These go beyond relaxation, helping to clear deeper emotional blocks so the body can receive sound healing more effectively in later sessions.

What is Emotional Release?
Emotional release is what happens when your body and mind finally let go of stored, unprocessed feelings—things like grief, fear, anger, shame, or even suppressed joy.
Not all emotions get fully processed when they happen. Sometimes: you push them down, you don’t feel safe expressing them, or you don’t even realize what you’re feeling. Those emotions don’t just disappear—they get stored in the nervous system and body.

Over time, they can show up as: tightness (chest, stomach ) anxiety or “wired” feeling, Sudden emotional reactions, fatigue or heaviness, difficulty focusing.

When the body finally feels safe, these stored emotions begin to surface and move out.
This can look like:
crying (very common)
laughing unexpectedly
deep sighing or yawning
body sensations like warmth or tingling
irritation or anger arising
and often, a sense of relief or lightness afterwardβ

Emotional release is not about forcing yourself to feel something or pushing into discomfort. It happens when your system feels safe enough to allow what was once suppressed to come into awareness.

My Experience
My journey into emotional work began with a deep realization of how unprocessed feelings can weigh down both the mind and body. I discovered that true healing comes from allowing emotions to be released—without judgment, without the need to explain, and without overthinking. When the mind and heart feel heavy or blocked, no material achievement or relationship can truly feel fulfilling.
After diving deep into this path—exploring different continents, attending retreats, workshops, and courses—I’ve shaped my own techniques, guided by the wisdom of my mentors and gurus. I now proudly share these practices with those around me. It’s not just a session, but an experience—one that is deeply felt and stays with you, especially when you arrive with an open mind and heart.

I strongly encourage men not to shy away from their emotions, but to connect and work through them—without judgment. What often shows up as stiff shoulders or short patience with family is usually a reflection of unexpressed feelings, not weakness, but something that deserves to be understood and released.

This therapy is especially for those who are selfless and over-giving, who have forgotten how to say No and constantly put others before themselves. In that process, they begin to ignore their own needs, leading to emotional and physical imbalance. Over time, heightened emotional sensitivity can feel overwhelming and deeply draining.
