Gentle Guidance for a Harmonious Life
This Journey Didn’t Begin with a Map — It Began with a Calling.
Some journeys begin with a passport stamp. Mine began with a quiet inner calling—a subtle knowing that true healing unfolds beyond the surface of everyday life.
Guided by intuition, I traveled through Asia, immersing myself in ancient healing traditions and refined sound practices. Through presence, vibration, and deep listening, I rediscovered how balance can be gently restored in the body, mind, and prāṇa—without force, urgency, or overwhelm.
This path has been one of Remembering, Releasing, and Rising. Today, I hold grounded, discreet spaces for international clients, expats, and those who appear rooted in their lives yet feel disconnected within. For those who have learned to overgive, self-abandon, or quietly dishonor themselves to maintain relationships, my work offers a calm return to inner rhythm, nervous system ease, clarity, and wellbeing that feels safe, authentic, and quietly transformative.

"Ancient Lands, Timeless Wisdom"
My path into holistic healing unfolded through travel, lived experience, and ancient wisdom. While journeying through China, I immersed myself in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements system, discovering a worldview that sees the body as an interconnected whole. I was deeply moved by its resonance with Ayurveda—India’s time-tested science of life—both rooted in balance, prevention, and harmony with natural rhythms.
In Thailand, I was introduced to sound baths, which led me to Nepal to study sound healing in ancient temples. In India, I further deepened this path through Ayurveda, Vedic astrology, mantra, meditation, and lunar cycles.
Today, my work weaves sound, rhythm, and sacred practices to support balance, clarity, and inner connection—especially for those living far from home or reconnecting with themselves.

"It Didn’t Start in Stillness — It Started in Struggle"
Healing did not arrive as a choice—it arrived as an initiation, unfolding through experience and leading me toward deeper wisdom. Living with an autoimmune condition invited me to look beyond surface living and question the pull of material comfort and temporary pleasures—ways of being I once embraced without knowing how to balance comfort with a truly healthy, holistic life. What felt indulgent and fulfilling at the time gradually revealed itself as contributing to my suffering.
This inner unrest opened me to explore life beyond religion, class, and community, gently loosening the institutions I was raised within. While this freedom brought expansion, it also created periods of solitude that drew me closer to nature, ancient wisdom, and a deeper communion with life. None of it was wasted. Now, at 40, I hold a kinder relationship with myself, and the wisdom gathered moves through me in service—supporting others as they navigate their own paths of healing, remembering, and becoming.
